The current and patented system consists of high efficiency equipment, applied together with showers on the paper machine, aiming at a solution that is homogenized, pressurized, and at the appropriate temperature. EzeJet® is a highly efficient thermal equipment that combines steam, water and a chemical product customized by Contech, resulting in a powerful resource for better cleaning. Customized chemicals are selected for each specific application. It is necessary to determine through laboratory tests the types of contaminants and, consequently, the chemicals needed to break the connections between such contaminants and the clothing.
